Director, Digital Marketing- Direct to Consumer

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada
Our people are our most important asset.  As the Director, Digital Marketing- Direct to Consumer  you will be leading a team with limitless growth and a common goal to advance Aritzia’s international Direct to Consumer strategy. You will be a builder, executor, and game changer. You will be responsible for building, engaging and retaining our customers through personalized content, at the right time and through the right vehicle. 
You will make an impact at Aritzia by:
  • Increasing engagement with our customers by crafting personalized messages that captivate and inspire their passion for style
  • Owning what to say and when to say it, and testing those innovations with detailed analytics that will drive your team to dominant monthly targets
  • Creating automated processes that will improve efficiencies and give your team time to innovate and collaborate
  • Partnering with IT on technological upgrades 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE                                                         
As a seasoned professional in your craft, you use your experience to move the needle and inspire your team to grow to new heights. As an entrepreneur you look past what’ is’ and see what ‘could be,’ with recognition that it takes collaboration, detail and heart to be successful.
You will be successful in the role with:
  • Business to consumer experience is a non-negotiable, our customers are your focus
  • 5+ years Direct to customer marketing experience at a manager level 
  • Technical knowledge of Enterprise Tools i.e. Salesforce, Exact Cloud, Silverpop, and/or Bronto
