Executive Assistant - Support Office

Location: Vancouver, BC
We are currently looking for two new members to join our Executive Support team and support Leaders in the following areas of the business: 
  • ​Creative Services, Store Development, and Product Planning
  • People & Culture (HR), Finance and IT
As an Executive Assistant at Aritzia, you are relied upon to make the Executives you support as effective as possible in their roles. You do this by providing a wide range of support, both business and personal, to one or more Senior Leaders in various areas of our business. In this role, you will gain invaluable exposure to many broad and diverse areas of our business, giving you a perspective of the inner workings of our company. 
You will make an impact at Aritzia by:
  • Using your outstanding smarts and impeccable ability to read others to anticipate needs and roadblocks before they arise – others may think you’re clairvoyant
  • Exercising the highest degree of discretion, efficiency, and organization to always make sure priorities are in order – you know what needs to get done first and how to approach it
  • Being creative and resourceful to solve problems when little instruction is given
  • Showing others your friendly and customer focused demeanor while always remaining professional to the core
Your key relationships will be:
  • Reporting to one or more members of the Aritzia Leadership Team
  • Working closely with supporting department teams
  • Collaborating with Executive Support team
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE                                                         
As either a growing professional or one who is seasoned in your craft, you use your smarts and experience to hit the ground running. You look past what’ is’ and see what ‘could be,’ always keeping the end goal in mind.
In addition, you have:
  • A Bachelors Degree or higher
  • Experience supporting an Executive OR 1-2 years experience in a fast paced office environment 
  • A valid drivers’ license and access to a vehicle
  • Outstanding organization, prioritization, and communication skills
