Project Coordinator, New Store Openings (internal)

Location: Vancouver, BC
As the Project Coordinator, New Store Openings you are responsible for supporting the New Store Opening (NSO) team.  You liaise with multiple cross functional partners effectively, while providing organizational, logistical and administrative support.  You capitalize on your strong analytical skills, communication abilities and knowledge of the retail space to ensure that NSOs are executed at the highest possible standard.
As a key member of the NSO team, you will make an impact at Aritzia by:
  • Assisting in overall project planning and execution
  • Managing the administration and logistics of each project, including coordinating meetings, taking minutes and monitoring expenses
  • Overseeing data collection and filing and maintaining project logs; assisting in the documentation of business and functional requirements
