Corporate Responsibility Coordinator (internal)

Location: Vancouver, BC
As the Corporate Responsibility coordinator you bring passion, curiosity and drive to grow and develop your career in corporate responsibility in the apparel industry.  Working alongside the Senior Corporate Responsibility Analyst in a coordinating role, you will use and improve existing systems and ways of working to support the integration and embedding of corporate responsibility (across Product Stewardship, Social Impact and Environmental Footprint) initiatives into Aritzia.  Your exceptional interpersonal, communication and team work skills, as well as your systems thinking and business acumen are integral to your success working cross functionally on a day-to-day basis. 
You will make an impact at Aritzia by:
  • Overseeing processes that support data collection and recording, enabling reporting on performance, compliance, and traceability.
  • Identifying efficiency and system opportunities through proactive information gathering and building collaborative relationships with operational teams.
  • Playing a key role in supporting the implementation of Corporate Responsibility programs as required.
  • Developing your knowledge and staying up-to-date in the sustainability field within the retail / apparel industry in Canada and beyond.
  • Developing opportunities for internal communications to inspire employee engagement.

  • An undergraduate degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required).
