Technical Support Analyst, Warehouse

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia
As the Technical Support Analyst, Warehouse, you partner closely with Aritzia’s Distribution and Logistics departments to provide day-to –day support to ensure the Warehouse Management and Parcel Systems are operating efficiently.  You are comfortable getting into tactical details and you will leverage your customer service skills collaborating with the business while trouble shooting issues, creating documentation and providing training. 
As a key member of the Information Technology team, you will make an impact at Aritzia by: 
  • Providing responsive, timely, tactical support for the RedPrairie Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Responding efficiently to tickets and escalating issues where appropriate
  • Taking ownership of ensuring the optimal operation of periphery equipment, such as scanners, label printers etc.
  • Participate in developing increased awareness and knowledge of the WMS across the Supply Chain Division
