Senior Manager, eCommerce Logistics

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
As the Senior Manager Commerce Logistics you play an integral role in ensuring our product reaches our customers. You are dedicated to creating and ensuring a premium customer experience and you develop and maintain best practices that are critical to achieving Aritzia’s e-Commerce goals and objectives.  You capitalize on your customer service focus, deep expertise and well developed analytical abilities to build Aritzia’s e-Commerce logistics capabilities and results. 
As a key member of the Supply Chain Division you will make an impact at Aritzia by: 
  • Collaborating with the eCommerce and Retail Divisions on overall customer fulfillment strategy and execution
  • Developing and executing a clear communication strategy across the Supply Chain Division, ensuring alignment and transparency
  • Working closely with the Planning and Finance departments as it relates to forecasting, budgeting and project based financial analysis
  • Liaising regularly with Customer Care on all fulfilment related issues

As an entrepreneur you look past what ’is’ and see what ‘could be,’ with recognition that it takes collaboration, detail and heart to be successful. In addition, you have:
  • University degree in a related field; relevant professional designations would be considered an asset
  • Progressive experience in an international, multi-channel environment
  • Apparel eCommerce pick, pack and ship experience
  • SAP, RedPrairie and Microsoft Office experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of new development and trends in customer fulfillment
