Head of eCommerce Analytics

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

As the Head of eCommerce Analytics you will design and direct the digital analytics strategy to drive and support Aritzia’s fast growing eCommerce business.  You are supremely curious individual that is passionate about training cross-functional digital partners on data-driven decision making and translating data into actionable insights in order to drive the eCommerce business forward.  You are an expert in analytics frameworks such as Google Analytics and are highly proficient in utilizing eCommerce and marketing data which includes, but is not limited to, developing infrastructure to set and track goals and recommend direction based on analysis of, marketing campaigns, social media, analytics and trends.
You will make an impact at Aritzia by:  
  • Elevate and champion the eCommerce Analytics department in order to  drive data-driven decisions within the eCommerce division
  • Develop reporting, dashboards and scorecards for:
    • Behavioral KPIs including traffic sources, site traffic, page analysis and customer engagement
    • KPIs including revenue, AOV, funnel analysis and goal tracking
    • Marketing KPIs including campaign, email and social media performance

As a seasoned professional in your craft, you use your experience to drive business results through inspirational and effective leadership of your team. As an entrepreneur you look past what ’is’ and see what ‘could be,’ with recognition that it takes collaboration, detail and heart to be successful.
In addition, you have:
  • Data Science/Engineering Degree
  • History working with Demandware (or other eCommerce platform), SAP, Cheetah Mail and Tableau
  • Understanding of Aritzia’s competitive set, possesses knowledge of your function’s industry best practices and landscape, and maintains an industry network.
  • Project management (time management, coordination, planning) with the ability to deliver results while managing multiple priorities
