Project Manager

Location: Vancouver, BC
THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Project Manager, you will support the development of a best-in-class portfolio of our beautiful stores right across North America. Immersing yourself in Store Development from the ground up, you will leverage your excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and desire to learn about this integral area of our business, while providing support to the entire Store Development team and in particular, Leasing.  This is an opportunity to develop your skill set and knowledge working with talented professionals in a dynamic, innovative environment. 

As a key member of the Store Development team, you will make an impact at Aritzia by: 
  • Collecting and organizing data on new markets and real estate strategies
  • Driving all lease administration and identifying opportunities for efficiency and accuracy
  • Being the primary point of contact for leasing obligations and related inquiries  
 
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE                                                              
As either a growing professional or one who is seasoned in your craft, you use your smarts and experience to hit the ground running. You look past what ‘is’ and see what ‘could be,’ always keeping the end goal in mind.
In addition, you have:
  • 3+ year of related experience with leasing/real estate
  • Post-secondary education in business or related field; MBA would be an asset
  • Strong communication, prioritization and organizational skills
