District Merchandising Manager

Location: Toronto, Ontario
THE OPPORTUNITY
 
As the District Merchandise Manager, you allow the product in our boutiques to shine using your expertise in apparel merchandising. Your excellent taste and your leadership allow you to provide merchandising guidance and oversight at a group of boutiques you oversee.  You use your creativity and knowledge of our customer to maximize sales and to represent the Aritzia brand by managing the product in our boutiques.
 
You will make an impact at Aritzia by: 
  • Keeping us in business – organize the store so that  our customers can find what they want, when they want it
  • Being an entrepreneur - having a creative approach to merchandising that represents the designers’ vision
  • Taking pride in your environment – act as the advocate to keep the store clean and comfortable
  • Developing your People - motivate and manage a team of merchandisers             
Your key relationships will be:  
 
  • Reporting to: Regional Merchandise Manager
  • Collaborating with: Store staff, Merchandise Director, Product Development, Inventory Control
