Coordinator, Office Experience (Internal)

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada
As the Coordinator, Office Experience, you are the first point of contact for corporate staff and visitors – you could even say you are the face of Aritzia’s Support Office.  In this role, you don’t spend 100% of your time at a desk, but you are actively involved in office coordination.  As part of the Employee Experience team, you are directly responsible for fostering Aritzia’s office environment by ensuring it is functioning optimally, always delivering outstanding service to your internal customers, and being representative of Aritzia’s brand and culture.
You will make an impact at Aritzia by: 
  • Always using your outgoing personality to give our employees and visitors the best possible experience
  • Communicating with everyone who enters our doors, from our CEO to Associates, in a professional and friendly way
  • Rolling up your sleeves when you need to get things done  - you are determined to uphold your strong work ethic
  • Exercising the highest degree of efficiency and organization to always make sure priorities are in order
  • Being creative and resourceful to respond to questions you may not know the answer to
  • Never settling! Identifying opportunities to continually improve Aritzia Support Office
Your key relationships will be:  
  • Reporting to:              Office Manager 
  • Collaborating with:     Each and every department in the business!

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2+ years in a customer service position – proven ability going above and beyond customer expectations
