Identity & Access Management Analyst

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
THE OPPORTUNITY
As the IAM Analyst you will support the identity and access management functions within Aritzia’s environment. Working closely with IT teams and other business units, this role will provision access and maintain controls across multiple platforms and applications.
In addition, you will make an impact at Aritzia by: 
  • Activating, maintaining, validating, and deactivating accounts across multiple platforms
  • Enforcing departmental and corporate security standards, policies, and procedures while ensuring statuary compliance for user provisioning and access controls
  • Preparing/maintaining system documentation, procedures and standards
  • Monitoring and ensuring all access administration systems and processes are followed as per specifications

  • Post-secondary degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Foundational experience or knowledge of identity management concepts, Active Directory and technical scripting
  • General knowledge of infrastructure security, including Windows, Unix/Linux, desktop/laptop
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work under strict deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
