Accounts Payable Coordinator

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
As the Accounts Payable Coordinator you use your strong organizational skills and attention to detail while ensuring internal service level agreements are met daily and weekly.  As a key member of the Accounts Payable team you will make an impact at Aritzia by: 
  • Partnering with the business to ensure payments are made when due, including following up where necessary
  • Communicating with department managers, as required, for AP related matters
  • Responding to vendor and internal inquiries and providing solutions to AP related issues, escalating the matter where appropriate

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE                                                         
As either a growing professional or one who is seasoned in your craft, you use your smarts and experience to hit the ground running. You look past what ‘is’ and see what ‘could be,’ always keeping the end goal in mind. In addition, you have:
  • Experience in a retail environment is considered an asset
  • Purchase order processing experience is preferred
  • Accounts payable and / or general accounting experience is considered an asset
  • Post-secondary education in finance or accounting preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
