Human Resources Manager, Retail

Location: New York City, New York, Canada
As the Human Resources Manager, Retail, you will play an integral role in optimizing our most important asset – our people and be on the front lines of our business!
As a key member of the People & Culture department, you will make an impact at Aritzia by: 
  • Working closely with Talent Managers and the business to manage all talent management functions in the lifecycle of an employee
  • Supporting the implementation of our people initiatives to build and grow the business
  • Advise and assist on matters related to people and helping to create a passionate, committed, and productive work environment through continuous coaching and development of our people
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE                                                              
As a top rated specialist you are a driver of innovation and a subject matter expert with a history of successfully creating and implementing the latest and greatest best practices in your field.
In addition, you have:
  • 6+ years’ of Human Resources experience within a fast paced organization
  • Preference for HR experience within Apparel/Retail
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business/Commerce or Human Resources
  • Strong business acumen
  • HR designation is an asset, but not required
