Customer Care Administrative Associate (Toronto)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
As a Customer Care Admin Associate you provide prompt, thorough and cheerful service to our eCommerce and Retail customers.  Whether it be over the phone, email, chat or social media, you quickly determine our customer’s needs and action a solution that ensure they feel valued and happy with their Aritzia experience.
You will make an impact at Aritzia by: 
  • Developing and managing strong customer relationships through outstanding and consistent customer experiences
  • Solving problems to ensure our customers are happy
  • Being knowledgeable of Aritzia’s Products and services  - you are an expert who is eager to meet the customer needs
Your key relationships will be:  
  • Reporting to:             Customer Care Manager 
  • Collaborating with:    Your team, Retail and eCommerce

  • Contract will run from November 12th, 2018  - January 27th, 2019
  • Strong performance may result in a promotion into a full time, permanent Customer Care Associate opportunity

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
