We are on the hunt for DISTRICT MANAGERS.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES (What you’ll do)
Staff:

  • Recruit and hire top talent for your stores (Retail Managers and Retail Team)
  • Formally & informally train your staff to maximize their performance and develop them to fulfill their potential
  • Inspire & motivate your teams to excel in their positions
  • Evaluate & remunerate your team effectively in order to find our leaders of tomorrow and ensure you retain your top performers
  • Promote your qualified top performers to meet both their career aspirations and the needs of the business
  • Optimize store schedules to maximize sales and use the schedule as a meaningful contributor to maximize employee experience

Customers:

  • Ensure HOW your employees are maximizing sales reflects our uncompromising customer service standards to provide the best experience for our clients
  • Resolve all Store-Escalated Customer Service Opportunities

Operations:

  • Utilize all processes and systems to maximize efficiency of your business and enhance the customer experience
  • Very basic troubleshooting IT issues in-store (i.e. Point of Sale or Credit Authorization Terminal)

Management:

  • Communicate priorities and focus your team on maximizing sales today
  • Optimize all aspects of floor management (cash desk, sales floor, fitting rooms) for all stores in the region
  • Selectively floor manage occasionally in your stores
  • Resolve any Floor Management Opportunities 

SKILLS (What you’ll need)

  • Ambition

  • To be customer service obsessed
  • multi-unit retail management experience within a fashion apparel organization

KEY RELATIONSHIPS (Who you’ll work with)

  • Retail Store Teams (Store Managers to Sales Associates)
  • Regional Managers - Retail and Merchandise
  • Senior Managers in our Support Office from all departments (HR, Operations, Loss Prevention, etc.)
