Loss Prevention Associate Manager - New York

Location: New York, NY
THE OPPORTUNITY
 
As the Loss Prevention Associate Manager, you lead a team to maximize Retail profit while minimizing loss, all the while providing an amazing customer experience. Your top priority is protecting Aritzia’s merchandise, but it doesn’t end there.
 
You will make an impact at Aritzia by: 
  • Using tact and urgency to respond to and prevent loss issues related to merchandise, staff, finances, property, and information
  • Using your exceptional customer service skills to build relationships with store staff and customers to prevent, detect and resolve loss issues 
  • Provide leadership, training and performance management to your team of Loss Prevention Service Associates
  • Continually leading by example – demonstrating and promoting Aritzia’s LP practices
 
Your key relationships will be:  
 
  • Reporting to:                Regional Loss Prevention Manager 
  • Collaborating with:    All store staff, Retail Management department, Store Operations department

 
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE                                                         
 
As either a growing professional or one who is seasoned in your craft, you use your smarts and experience to hit the ground running. You look past what ‘is’ and see what ‘could be,’ always keeping the end goal in mind.
 
In addition, you have:
  • 2+ years’ experience in Loss Prevention, Health and Safety, or Inventory Control, ideally in a management role
  • An active New York State security license and knowledge of licensing requirements
  • Interest and appreciation of fashion!
