HRIS Manager

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada
As the HRIS Manager on our People team, you are in charge of our most valuable data – our People Information!  You will ensure this information is securely stored and readily accessible to inform decision making through reliable human capital information, system processes and analytics.

You will make an impact at Aritzia by: 
  • Managing our roadmap for the addition of modules for our HRIS system
  • Assessing opportunities and shaping the overall system by building additional capability and optimizing functionality 
  • Maintaining our HRIS system with a focus on data integrity
  • Designing and building analytics to support our business
  • Ensuring system security by managing access as appropriate 
  • Being a Workday Super User, Champion and key contact
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE                                                              
As a top rated specialist you are a driver of innovation and a subject matter expert with a history of successfully creating and implementing the latest and greatest best practices in your field.
In addition, you have:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Workday, along with prior HRIS and/or HR experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • HRIS certifications/designations is an asset
