Human Resources Manager, Retail (California)

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Our people are our most important asset.  As the Human Resources Manager, Retail, you will play a hands-on role working closely with our Retail Employees, Retail Management and the overall business to shape a passionate, committed and productive work environment through continuous coaching and development of our staff.

  • Managing all talent management functions in the lifecycle of an employee, including staff planning, evaluating and developing
  • Providing exceptional HR services to managers and staff
  • Managing and supporting corporate, strategic and departmental initiatives and priorities that impact talent

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE                                                         
As a seasoned and passionate HR professional, you use your people and leadership expertise to elevate our brand and culture, inspiring your team to help drive the business forward.  With our retail stores as your part-time office, you roll up your sleeves to live and breathe the Aritzia culture! 
You will be successful in the role with:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle human resources experience, particularly with staff planning, evaluating and developing
  • Strong preference for Human Resources experience within a fast paced Retail environment
  • A passion for and experience with people management
  • Strong knowledge of regional employment laws and regulations
  • Post-secondary education in HR or related field an asset
