Executive Technology Administrator

Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada
As the Executive Technology Administrator, you ensure the CEO is using technology in a way that simplifies and streamlines his life.  You capitalize on your digital savvy and technical skills while offering seamless support and solutions on a daily basis while supporting our IT Service Desk with various projects. 
As an integral member of the Information Technology department who works cross functionally with the Executive Support team, you will make an impact at Aritzia by:
  • Being the go-to expert for all things technology for the CEO and Executive team
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Building strong relationships and working seamlessly with other members of the CEO’s team
  • In collaboration with the CEO’s team, anticipating the CEO’s technology needs and finding seamless and creative solutions to issues that may arise

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE                                                              
As either a growing professional or one who is seasoned in your craft, you use your smarts and experience to hit the ground running. You look past what ‘is’ and see what ‘could be,’ always keeping the end goal in mind.  In addition, you have:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma focusing in Systems Administration (a university degree and/or additional technical certifications would be considered assets)
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience providing technical support within a fast paced environment
  • A passion for technology and the fashion industry
  • Confidence, excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and anticipate needs
  • Knowledge of Apple and Windows products
  • Availability to travel and be ‘on call’ outside of business hours as needed
