Applications Support Analyst (Level II)

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia
THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Applications Support Analyst (Level II) you are responsible for providing exceptional first line technical support, including monitoring systems (SAP) and assisting with the collection, analysis and documentation of business requirements to support the delivery of projects, releases etc. You have a strong customer service focus and are keen to develop your career in IT applications.
 
As a key member of the Information Technology team you will make an impact at Aritzia by:   
  • Setting a high standard of service as one of the first points of contact for IT inquiries and requests
  • Supporting the Applications team, including Business Systems Analysts and Developers, to resolve production issues in our core systems, including SAP and Red Prairie
  • Liaising with IT team members as necessary in order to trouble-shoot issues, address new business requests and identify potential enhancements and solutions
