Regional Facilities Manager, East (USA)

Location: New York City, New York, United States
As the Regional Facilities Manager, you will have the opportunity to keep our beautiful shops in pristine condition by managing our facilities program and implementing efficiencies and improvements for a vast region.
As a key member of the Store Development department, you will make an impact at Aritzia by:
  • Managing our maintenance program and facilitating repairs
  • Analyzing, planning and executing on improvement projects
  • Being a key member of the new store opening team, managing all aspects of Facilities
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE                                                              
As either a growing professional or one who is seasoned in your craft, you use your smarts and experience to hit the ground running. You look past what ‘is’ and see what ‘could be,’ always keeping the end goal in mind.
In addition, you have:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hands on and fast paced Facilities role
  • Project Management experience
  • Basic knowledge of construction, mechanical equipment, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance
  • Exposure to Service Channel is an asset
  • Experience within retail or hospitality is preferred
  • Post-secondary education
