Assistant Manager, 3PL Operations

Location: Toronto, Ontario
As the Assistant Manager, 3PL Operations you are the feet on the ground for Aritzia’s outsourced distribution operations in Toronto. Collaborating across Aritzia’s Supply Chain Division, you use your excellent communication and influencing abilities to ensure alignment and successful adherence to all operational requirements.  You will work side by side with the 3PL vendor to help support and rive all operational needs of the business on a daily basis. 
Reporting to the Senior Manager, 3PL Operations, you will make an impact at Aritzia by:
  • Ensuring Aritzia’s operational needs and requirements are effectively translated into the 3PL environment
  • Playing a role in the evaluation and review of day-to-day operations to ensure KPIs are met and standards are maintained
  • Playing an integral role in the overall success of Aritzia’s outsourced distribution operations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE                                                         
As either a growing professional or one who is seasoned in your craft, you use your smarts and experience to hit the ground running. You look past what ‘is’ and see what ‘could be,’ always keeping the end goal in mind.  In addition, you have:
  • Experience working in a multi-channel distribution centre environment, particularly in a 3PL environment
  • Apparel pick, pack and ship experience is preferred
  • Exposure to and knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize
